Anthem CDA is an elder-led church.  We derive the term elder (overseer) from Pauls’s instruction in Titus and 1 Timothy chapter 3. We know that the term “elder” can mean various things for various churches, but for Anthem, our elder team is tasked with 3 primary areas of focus; Direction, Correction, and Protection of our congregation.  They are servant leaders who, under Christ’s headship, function to provide oversight for Anthem CDA.
